My name is Goliath!!! I think I was named that because of my humungous heart 
My foster mom says I am what Great Dane dreams are made of. Apparently, I’m 6 years old and 170lbs but I actually have zero concept of my age or size (especially since my vet and the wonderful people at DID have worked together to start me on some medication that helps with my pain!). In my mind, I have the body of a labradoodle and the heart of elephant. If you’ve ever wanted to be loved by an elephant, then I could give you that experience. In all seriousness though life has not been all rainbows and dog treats for me. The sad reality is I’m getting older, and I haven’t been taken care of the way that I should have. My body just isn’t the same as it used to be. I have some health issues that we can talk about if you’re interested in letting me into your life. I’m very grateful that I was rescued by such an amazing organization that is going to work with a long-term foster home and help them take care of me. I’m a special situation so you don’t have to worry about jumping into this relationship on your own. DiD has my back and yours 
My body might have some hurdles, but my mind is as sharp as a chicken bone. I don’t have a lot of training, but I learn really quick and want nothing more than to do a good job for my human. Be prepared that when you take me in public, everyone will stop to talk to me and fall in love with me. I’ll show them love in return but don’t be fooled because I’m the type of dog that wants to give my entire heart to one human. I’m as loyal as they come and I’m ready to give my heart and soul to someone special. Once I bond with you, you are all that matters in my life
